Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address within the United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied after you receive your merchandise simply contact us for a return authorization, repackage the item (s) and return them freight prepaid. Unused and Unopened merchandise may be returned for a refund within 15 days of purchase. After this date a 20% restocking fee will apply. COD returns will be refused. Preauthorization is required. Be sure to include a copy of your sales invoice and an explanation of why the items (s) are being returned. Advise us whether you wish a refund or an exchange. Return via ground delivery only.

Damaged Merchandise

Claims for damaged shipments from handling must be made with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage and the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturer Defects

If a product appears to have a manufacturer defect, please contact the manufacturer. Do not return items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item being returned to us due to manufacturer defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number clearly written on the box.

Returns Good Procedure

All returns must be AUTHORIZED IN ADVANCE by Moosineer Outdoor Gear.

  1. Return authorization must be obtained.
  2. All shipments must be sent freight prepaid.
  3. Return Authorization number must be on all cartons.
  4. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  5. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of the returned merchandise. Merchandise being returned should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that is lost in transit.
  6. Only those items authorized will be processed for credit.

We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the return. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14-21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can credit shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
